  so slow it was painful the 2 times i have been there, and had to repeat myself about 7 times to correct the order, not sure if its the intercom or the operator but one or the other needs to be fixed

  Fast and friendly ... gave everything we needed. Even though they closing soon did not rush us.

  We had no issue that they forget a few items, due to them being unable to hear us properly via the drive thru microphone - as we were very rudely told by a "supervisor". When we asked if we could have the items and paid, they became very rude telling us we should've spoke up and we should "read the menu" (this is due to us requesting extra cheese on an item). The whole situation was bizarre because we weren't upset or even slightly annoyed (as they were very easy and quick problems to fix at a fast food place), but the staff took umbrage to the fact that we asked for our items then parked and waited inside for them. Staff here are rude, unprofessional, and unable to control their emotions. The food was bad too (probably contained spit).
